However, not all technology has been used for peaceful goals the Development of weapons and destructive power has developed throughout history, from clubs to nuclear weapons. Technology also has affected society and its Surroundings in a numerous ways.. In many societies, technology has helped to promote more developed economies and has allowed to show the leisure class. Many technological processes produce unwanted by-products, known as pollution, and deplete natural resources, to the lesion of the Earth and its environment. Various applications of technology effect on the values of the society and new technology often raises new ethical questions.
Examples include the elevate of the Idea of efficiency in terms of human productivity, a term originally applied only to machines, and the challenge of traditional norms. Philosophical debates have arisen over the present and future use of technology in our Society, with disagreements over whether technology improves the human condition or worsens it. So the technology not blessing or curse, it's both. We can't determine It's one of them. We live in the period of technology. We travel by automobiles and Airplanes and communicate by emails and mobiles. The media and the Internet make us know the latest information from all over the world. Movies filled with hi-tech special effects to entertain us. Air conditioners and room heaters keep our life comfortable however climatic inconveniences.
Technology has transformed almost every face of our lives. A few of us may have concerns about the pollution and environmental problems that technology has led to it. But overall most people feel that technology has benefited us more. The technology now represent as primary in the human life. No one can deny the benefits of the technology. But most of people can't see the other hand. The technology has two faces. However, despite the many benefits, there are many problems caused by technology as well. For example, in the past, you rare sees people wearing spectacles whereas now, almost every teenager is wearing spectacles. The reason is because many teenagers now use the computers for a long time to the extent that they spoil their own eyes. Also, humans nowadays have depend on technology too much.
Most of people complain when they could not use the computer for a day special the teenagers. people complain when the computer crash and that they did not save the file which they were working on. Humans have depended on technology so much that no one would survive if there is no technology in the world. In my opinion, technology is neither a blessing nor a curse; it's both. What makes it change its position is how we use it. We can't twit a nuclear weapon for the damage it produces; we blame the person who spurt it. Everything is improvement; everything used technology to be created. What should remain in our consciences is if what we do with it will either bless or curse our environment and, as a consequence, our own life.
